Executive level hospital staff, administrators, chiefs of staff, department directors and other healthcare professionals with supervisory, management or executive level responsibilities can apply to the “Formazione manageriale per la Direzione Generale delle Aziende Sanitarie” training course by July 10, 2018. The Management and Health Laboratory of Sant’Anna School has organized this highly interactive course to ensure that healthcare executives have access to the leading practices in complex organizational management, healthcare leadership and governance mechanisms.
Group discussions, case studies and practical exercises will allow 30 participants to use the knowledge they gained to practice leadership skills across their organizations. By the end of the course, participants will be able to implement patient focused strategies, methods to assess healthcare plans and performance, quality and safety best practices. Strategic managers will increase their ability to evaluate a changing industry, analyze the national healthcare system, and develop new strategic thinking into ethical planning. Participants completing the 10-module course will have the necessary skills and ethical standards abilities to make an effective contribution to their organization’s management process.
